**Realistic Expectations:**
This is an old, rustic cabin with lots of character and wear. It was built with love and has been well used over the years.  It does have some unfinished areas, some dated furnishings, and some deferred maintenance. Come with an open heart and you wont be disappointed.

The place has a small kitchen and eating area with some new appliances. The large round dining table is great for groups to play card games and board games.
Two couches face the old TV and the reliable wood burning stove in the center of the living room.  The loft has 4 small beds squeezed in tight.  Main bathroom has a shower/tub.

The basement is mostly unfinished, with the only real bedroom and a second bathroom. There are a couple more beds down there in the unfinished area.
